LOCKSMITH
IN FLEMISH BRABANT
PRICE UPFRONT

New parts fall under the two-year legal conformity guarantee of Belgian consumer law; certified cylinders also carry a manufacturer's warranty shown on their card. The fitting guarantee is written on the invoice. A cylinder that seizes or a door that no longer locks within that period is redone without a call-out charge. See the prices →

It is 6 % for supplying and fitting a cylinder, lock or reinforcement in a private dwelling over 10 years old, invoiced to a private individual. Opening a door on its own, with no parts or works, is a service at 21 %. The rate applied appears on the invoice. Request a quote →

An ID card and, if possible, a document linking your name to the address: lease, energy bill, official letter, or your banking app showing the address. If everything is inside, we check identity at the moment of opening, before leaving you alone in the property. See the prices →

In the evening, at night, on Sundays and public holidays, labour at FUSE carries a 50 to 100 % surcharge, and we give you the exact amount on the phone. If you have somewhere to sleep, an opening or cylinder replacement the next day in working hours is done at the base rate. Request a quote →

Usually not: replacing the cylinder is enough and the lock and door stay in place. The whole lock is only replaced when the mechanism has been forced or broken, or when you want to move to a multipoint lock. If you still have your keys and the lock works, we replace nothing. See the prices →

The Belgian market in 2026 sits between €60 and €90 excluding VAT for opening a slammed door (not locked), night and weekend surcharges excluded. This is not our own rate card: your exact amount is announced on the phone before the technician leaves for Flemish Brabant, and the invoice separates call-out, labour and parts. Request a quote →
