HEATING ENGINEER
IN FLEMISH BRABANT
PRICE UPFRONT

Not for the service itself: the fee depends on the boiler type you gave and includes cleaning, checks, combustion analysis and certificate. Only a flue sweep or a worn part found on site is added, and only after the engineer has shown and priced it to you. See the prices →

The time is given on the phone according to the day's round; a home without heating or hot water comes before a planned service. If a part must be ordered, we give the supplier lead time before you confirm, and we get the system running provisionally when it is safe to do so. Request a quote →

New parts are covered by the two-year legal conformity guarantee under Belgian law, plus the manufacturer's warranty where it is longer. The labour guarantee is written on the invoice. An identical fault on the same part within that period is redone without a diagnosis fee. See the prices →

At 6 % if the property is a private dwelling over 10 years old and the invoice is in a private individual's name. That applies to servicing, repairs and boiler replacement. A newer home or business premises is at 21 %. The rate and legal wording appear on the invoice. Request a quote →

Clear access to the boiler and gas meter, and find the last service certificate and the manual if you have them. A WhatsApp photo of the rating plate and the error code lets us bring the right part and often avoid a second visit. See the prices →

The Belgian market in 2026 sits between €100 and €135 excluding VAT for conventional gas boiler service (certificate included), night and weekend surcharges excluded. This is not our own rate card: your exact amount is announced on the phone before the technician leaves for Flemish Brabant, and the invoice separates call-out, labour and parts. Request a quote →
