PLUMBER
IN FLEMISH BRABANT
PRICE UPFRONT

The range holds for the fault you described. If the plumber finds something else, say a concealed leak behind a dripping tap, he shows you the problem and states the new amount before continuing. You can decline: you then pay only the call-out and diagnosis already quoted. See the prices →

For an active leak the time is given on the phone based on the current round; meanwhile close the main stop valve and switch off an electric water heater if the water is off. For a planned replacement you choose a slot in working hours at the rate without surcharge. Request a quote →

New parts fall under the two-year legal conformity guarantee of Belgian consumer law. The labour guarantee is written on the quote or invoice before work begins. A repair that leaks again at the same spot is redone without a new call-out charge. See the prices →

Find the main stop valve and clear access to the area: under the sink, around the water heater, the bath panel. A WhatsApp photo of the faulty part often lets us bring the right reference on the first visit and avoid a second trip. Request a quote →

If water is running and cannot be shut off, it is an emergency and the evening, night or weekend surcharge applies; it is stated on the phone. If the stop valve closes and the damage has stopped, a weekday appointment costs the working-hours rate. On the Belgian market the gap is often 100 to 200 € for two hours of work. See the prices →

The Belgian market in 2026 sits between €80 and €180 excluding VAT for leaking tap repair (seal, cartridge), night and weekend surcharges excluded. This is not our own rate card: your exact amount is announced on the phone before the technician leaves for Flemish Brabant, and the invoice separates call-out, labour and parts. Request a quote →
