Is boiler servicing charged at 6 % or 21 % VAT?

At 6 % if the property is a private dwelling over 10 years old and the invoice is in a private individual's name. That applies to servicing, repairs and boiler replacement. A newer home or business premises is at 21 %. The rate and legal wording appear on the invoice. Request a quote →
